The minimum recommended liquid to be sent for testing is 1ml
Average turnaround time from receipt of your sample is 21 days.
Liquid samples must not leak in transit; therefore, we recommend you
send your liquid in an approved autosampler vials or in the manufacturer vial it came in.
Samples can also be drawn into a syringe and securely closed using needle and guard.
1ml sealed ampoules from the manufacturer are also accepted
Over supply of samples will not be returned back to the Customer
We will provide you with a Royal Mail Pre Paid Postage label
which you can send your samples.
We recommend you pack your samples with bubble wrap or an equivalent
padding to avoid any damages whilst in transit.
Each sample being sent must be accompanied with the corresponding
Order number found in your confirmation email.
If you are sending multiple samples, please ensure each sample is
labelled and matches your order number.

productor bubble wrap the contents to protect it from breakages
Put the contents into a zip lock bag along with your
order number (which you can find in your email)

we do recommend that you protect the tablets inside by putting some
cotton wool to avoid excessive movement in transit.
